Hi,
EU Backers, the Napoli Ovens and Burners are on a container and now headed to the Netherlands. We really appreciate your patience. I wish we would have known in the beginning the lengthy process of receiving a VAT and EORI for importing. We are learning new lessons as we continue to build this start up business.
I'm guessing the delivery time will be approximately 4 weeks from now, but I will update you with shipping times as soon as I receive more updates from the shipping company.

Hi,
Now that we finally have received our VAT number and EORI number, we are in the process of shipping by ocean the Napoli Ovens, Gas Burners and Pizza Peels to our Netherlands warehouse. This could take approximately 4 weeks. Once they reach our warehouse, we will then ship out individual orders to those of you that did not choose the air shipping option.

US Gas Burner Update

Hi,
We have to schedule a delivery appointment for the gas burner 40' container dropoff/unloading at our Chicago warehouse. The soonest they had available was for tomorrow, September 12th. The gas burners will arrive tomorrow before noon. It can take the warehouse a few days to process the inventory, and after that happens, the burners will ship with the pizza peels. I'm guessing this could be as early as this Friday, or definitely by next Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
