Manufacturing of the oven bodies is coming along well. We hit a delay with the gas burners because we are in the process of getting CE Certification, which will allow for smooth shipment through customs. The projected shipping date is now March for all ovens, due to the certification process. I greatly apologize for this delay and appreciate your patience!

The tooling process for the oven has been completed and we will be starting manufacturing next week. Here is a picture:
Everything has been painted black, including the gas burner attachment. The gas burner attachment had to be modified to meet the European CE Certification Standards, so we have now made this modification and will begin the tooling for the gas burner next week. More updates to come!
