Hello,
I just heard from our factory that the Napoli Ovens will be ready for shipment next week. This means that they will be loaded onto a container and shipped by sea, then once they reach the port of that designated country, they will then be shipped to each individual customer. The burners are still being manufactured and will ship separately from the ovens once they are complete. More updates on this soon!

Manufacturing Update

Hello!
We are working quickly to finish up the ovens. I just contacted our factory and they said they should be wrapping up production of the ovens by the end of this month, then they will start shipping out. The burners are taking longer due to certification, so we have decided to ship the ovens first along with the wood/pellet/charcoal burner, then you can start using the ovens with that. As soon as the burners are completed, we will then ship them afterwards. Thank you for your patience! The product is looking very nice and well constructed!

Hello,
I just finished visiting the factory all last week and will be flying back to the States tomorrow. Almost all of the individual parts for the oven are completed and the assembly phase will now begin. I have discussed the importance of completing the oven as quickly as possible with the factory. Apparently, the factory workers had 20 vacation days during the Chinese New Year celebration, which is during the month of February. They also said that this is their first time making this product and that they want to do it right the first time and make the oven with the best quality possible, instead of rushing too fast and compromising overall product quality. This is another reason it is taking a little bit longer than the timeline they originally told me. They assured me the process will become much more efficient with time. They also assured me that the final product will be of excellent quality.

Manufacturing is coming along well! I will be flying overseas in March to make a visit to our factory. Once I arrive I will post many more photos and will continue to post updates during the whole process. Thank you for your patience!
