Shipping Update

Hi,

The ovens are currently in a large container on a ship headed to our Chicago warehouse. They have been on the ship for a few weeks now crossing the Pacific ocean, so it will take a while longer before they reach the US. Our anticipated date of arrival is end of June. Once they hit the US they will ship right away to individual customers, which will take 3 to 5 business days.

For customers in Europe, the ovens are also going on a different ship to our UK warehouse. Once they reach the warehouse, individual orders will ship.

For customers in the Asia/Australia region, orders will be shipping directly from our factory to individual customers starting next week, since we do not have a distribution warehouse in that region.

Also note, we are finalizing the gas burner, so you will first receive the ovens with the wood/charcoal burner, then once the burners are completed, they will ship out to each customer that ordered one.

Hi! We will begin shipping the ovens to our warehouses starting tomorrow. Once they reach the warehouse, individual orders will begin shipping.

Hi! The factory is packing the ovens in boxes and getting them ready for shipment. They will start shipping to our distribution warehouses in the US and other countries around the world by the end of next week. Here are some photos:
